General Manager
The General Manager (GM) is expected to be able to maintain all financial responsibilities for their location. This person is above the assistant manager and is expected to communicate all the needs of the business back and forth. General managers are tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager (AM) is the main contact for employees and guests during an assigned shift. The AM ensures guests' needs are met by maintaining the center's appearance, cleanliness, and safety, and by ensuring attractions/systems are in working order during his/her shift. The AM provides supervision to team members and support during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise during his/her shift. This is an entry level management role and is perfect for someone with team lead experience!
Team Lead
A team lead, also known as a lead, is a professional who guides and motivates a group of people to achieve goals. They are found in all industries and companies. This is a very important role as during shift changes and scheduling, they are expected to take charge and be a voice for the general employment.
General Employment
General employment covers all day to day business activities. This person is expected to be friendly and outgoing as they are the faces of the company. This group is tasked with handling customers and cleaning. General employees help the business by communication between the superiors and the businesses needs.
Game Tech
This person need to be heavily trained as they are the ones to keep the business going. This person/group is responsible for all the games being in complete wording order. Game techs typically work along with the assistant manager and/or general manager during their time of training.
